Creating a Monitor Service Group

This topic describes the procedure to create a Monitor Service Group.

The Monitor Service Group activates Service Containers and restores crashed Service Containers. It also helps in installing and uninstalling applications.

1. On CUSP > My Applications, click (System Resource Manager). The System Resource Manager window appears.
   
2. Click on the toolbar. Service Groups App Palette is displayed.
   
3. Click in this App Palette. The The Monitor Service Group dialog box appears.
   
4. Specify the required details and click Create. Refer to Monitor Service Group Configuration Interface for information on the various fields in the The Monitor Service Group dialog box. A dialog box appears with the successful creation message.
   
5. Click OK in the dialog box.
   A Monitor Service Group is created.
   Note: To delete a Monitor Service Group, select it in the Service Groups App Palette and click .
